Priority Registration Period Now Open for the 2019-20 Academic Year

Registration for the 2019-20 academic year will begin today, Monday, February 11, 2019 with our Priority Registration Period. During this time we will give priority to all completed Applications for Admission received from our currently enrolled children and their siblings. On Monday, February 25, 2019, the Priority Registration Period will end and we will begin to consider all completed Applications for Admission. Now Hiring - Elementary Guide Assistant

School of Mary - Montessori is seeking an Elementary Guide Assistant to serve on Mondays and Tuesdays from 8:30am to 3:30pm for the 2018-19 academic year. Interested candidates should be practicing Catholics who faithfully embody the full teachings of the Magisterium of the Church and also possess at minimum a high school diploma, have experience or hold certification in Catechesis of the Good Shepherd in Level I and Level II (or willingness to complete formation), and possess knowledge and understanding of the Montessori philosophy and methodology (or willingness to obtain). Father Ross Parker

We are excited to announce we will be blessed this year to have Father Ross Parker celebrate Mass with the children and families of School of Mary during our school day. Children will also be able to receive Reconciliation and take a closer look at the Mass with him. We are very blessed to have this available for our School of Mary children and families!

All School of Mary children will receive CGS as a part of their enrollment!

The heart of School of Mary is the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd. The atrium environment is specially prepared to meet the spiritual needs of the child. In being able to serve the whole child, it is important that our Guides be able to observe the whole child; therefore, our Guides also serve as the child's catechist. All children at School of Mary will participate in a 2-hour atrium session each week as a part of their enrollment.

Annual Mother's Day Flower Sales

It's time for our annual Mother's Day Flower Sale! We will be taking PREORDERS for an assortment of 4” vegetable plants, 10”hanging baskets, 12” potted plants and a selection of flats.

All money raised from this sale will be used to beautify and prepare our outdoor spaces for the children. Orders are due by Wednesday, April 4th. Parent Informational Meeting

We will be holding a Parent Informational Meeting on Thursday, April 5th from 7-8pm for families interested in enrolling their children at School of Mary - Montessori for the 2018-19 academic year. Nursing babies only, please. We are located at 1216 Martin Luther King Jr Pkwy, directly across the street to the west from the Basilica of St. John (in the former convent). Due to limited parking at our location, we ask everyone to please park across the street in the lot adjacent to the Basilica. Priority Registration Open for Current Families

Beginning on Monday, January 29, 2018 we will open registration for the 2018-19 academic year and we will be sending home Application Packets with our families. Our Priority Registration Period is for the next two weeks and we will give priority to all Applications for Admission received from our currently enrolled children and their siblings. An Application for Admission will need to be completed for each child. 

Beginning Monday, February 12, 2018 the Priority Registration Period will end and we will begin to consider new Applications for Admission as well.

An application is considered complete when School of Mary receives a fully completed Application for Admission per child and a Tuition Agreement Form per family along with the non-refundable $150 per family Application Fee.
