Admissions Process

The admissions process at School of Mary – Montessori is designed to help parents determine whether our school would be a good fit for their child and family. It is also an opportunity for our Administrator to better identify the needs of each family. If you have any questions on this process, contact our Administrator.


Step 1: Fill out an Information Inquiry Form

Print and fill out the Information Inquiry Form.  Return either by email or post to the address listed on the letterhead.


Step 2: Schedule a Tour

Once your Information Inquiry Form is received, you will be contacted to schedule your tour. Tours are available on Mondays from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm and Fridays from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. Your visit will last approximately 1 hour. Throughout your tour, you will have the opportunity to ask questions about the prepared environments, discuss the Montessori philosophy, and go over School of Mary policies and procedures.


Step 3: Apply for Admission

If after your tour you are interested in applying for admission, you will be provided with an application packet. An application is considered complete when School of Mary receives a fully completed application form along with the non-refundable $150/family Application Fee. Submitting an Application for Admission does not guarantee your child’s admittance to School of Mary. 


Step 4: Acceptance of Application

You will receive an Enrollment Acceptance Letter notifying you of your child’s acceptance. In the event that we cannot accept your child for enrollment, you will be notified and the Application Fee will be refunded.
